The Electric Vehicle Charging Hubs (EVCH) Programme is one of four key Programmes which have been delivered, or are under development, by Transport for London (TfL) to facilitate the deployment of charging infrastructure in London. The Programme is run by TTL Properties Ltd (TTLP), a dedicated commercial property company within TfL, which is responsible for leveraging c. 5,900 acres of TfL's land to generate sustainable and growing income for reinvestment into the transport system.TTLP has identified a large number of sites which have interfaces with, or run along, major transport nodes in London (e.g. along major roads, at station car parks etc). These sites have been assessed and deemed attractive, and technically and commercially feasible, for the deployment of EVCH.
