Portsmouth City Council — the "Authority" — is seeking to establish a multi-contractor framework agreement consisting of specialist electrical contractors for the delivery of electrical project works within Portsmouth and the surrounding subregional area. Award of the agreement is targeted for November 2018 with commencement immediately following. Most project works let via the agreement will fall between a value range of 10 000 GBP and 200 000 GBP with average value estimated between 80 000 GBP to 90 000 GBP.The Authority is keen to engage with specialist electrical contractors to stimulate market interest, gain market information and obtain feedback in respect of its envisaged tendering and contracting strategy. In order to gain a level of structured consistent feedback the Authority would ideally like interested contractors to complete and return a feedback form by close of play 18.7.2018. An information session will be held at the Civic Offices on 6.7.2018, 11:00 — 13:00.
