Descriptions
To appoint an electricity buying partner with a pre-established portfolio of NHS organisations to act as an agent to arrange electricity purchases, fixes and unfixes for Contractiing Authorities calling off under a Framework Agreement for the supply of electricity. The Framework Agreement will be advertised in the OJEU in 2015 and will be a single operator framework.
