‘The Framework Agreement is for the supply of ECG (Electrocardiogram) Machines and Related Accessories.The scope of the Framework Agreement includes but shall not be limited to the following types of product: ECG machines holter recorders event recorders stress testing equipment (ECG recorders and compatible stress testing equipment e.g. treadmills and bicycles) and ambulatory blood pressure monitors. A variety of related accessories to the stated products also fall within the overall scope of this Framework Agreement.The Framework Agreement comprises the following Lots;Lot 1 — ECG Machines,Lot 2 — Holter Recorders,Lot 3 — Event Recorders,Lot 4 — Stress Testing Equipment,Lot 5 — Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitors.A free-of charge after-sales product support (helpline) service is required to support the use of all products that are supplied under the terms of this Framework Agreement. Customer Service support staff must be able to provide technical (product) assistance during the hours of 09:00 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday) as a minimum. Customer Service support staff must also speak fluent English.’
