>South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) is seeking a provider of management and leadership training to be delivered in an electronic format. The successful supplier will be required to provide a range of management and leadership video content to be accessible by the staff of SWFRS.>>Videos should be around 15 – 45 minutes long and come supplied with supporting material to be used to further discuss the topics. SWFRS will host the management videos on their internal Learning Management System.>>The content must be accessible by up to 2200 SWFRS personnel.>>Topics to be included are:•Communicating in Difficult Conversations•Appraisals•Team Leadership•Presentation Skills•Discipline Interview•Silo Working•Lessons on Leadership•Managing Change•Meetings•Report Writing•Secrets of Communication>>In addition to the above SWFRS require between 30 – 40 bite size management essential videos to complement the larger modules listed above.>Additionally the successful supplier will allow the option for SWFRS to purchase additional content as and when it is required.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=31690.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
