The Council (Customer) currently operates an island-wide re-ablement and outreach service that supports 128 islanders who live in their own home. These people receive between one and four calls each day for a period of up to 42 days and in some cases longer. There are some people that are supported by our mobile night service. The service is predominantly short term. The service requires an integrated rostering and electronic real time monitoring system for this service.
