Construction of manually deployed active flood defences at North Woolwich Portal and Plumstead Portal, which have previously been designed by a third party and accepted by Rail for London Infrastructure. The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) has been used to identify the potential suppliers and produce the supplier's list.
