Employability and Health Related Services Umbrella Agreement
Descriptions
The Department for Work and Pensions (the Authority) wishes to establish a framework-style agreement for the provision of employment and health related services. The objective of the agreement is to provide employment and health related support services helping people who are unemployed, disabled, have a health condition or barrier to work to select, train for, obtain and retain employment (Services). The types of support services required may vary over time and with the needs of the people being supported. This procurement relates to the health, social and related services Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) as a social service. This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and therefore is subject to limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 PCR. The Authority intends to host targeted market engagement events to discuss with potential suppliers the policy, commercial and financial aspects of the requirement prior to finalising the specification or any associated bidding documentation. More information about the events will be published on our electronic tendering system BRAVO. These events will be held in Birmingham on Wednesday 30th October 2019. Please register your interest via the BRAVO system by Friday 25th October 5pm and we will send you more information nearer the time.
