'Roll on role off' programme of 8 weeks support, including 2 week work placement, for 250 claimants maximum support ESA claimants who have been identified as needing support to increase confidence, motivation and self-esteem; improve capability to manage stressful/ challenging situations; manage health conditions and lifestyle advice; increase employment skills and careers knowledge to compete in the jobs market and enable a return to or commencement of employment.
