The provision of an employee assistance programme to include:— professional support (also referred to as role supervision) as required by each Force Counselling and Support; access to 24 hour/365 days per year telephone counselling,— provision of face to face counselling and support sessions,— clinical assessment and therapy for individuals affected by incidents at work and associated support following a critical incident,— Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a range of mental health conditions,— referral pathways,— management referrals and support,— management of all ongoing cases to ensure the assessment treatment and support requirement are carried out to employee assistance programme association (EAPA) quality standards,— Utilisation reporting,— management information on employee and organisation interventions including consultation to management on behavioural aspects of the workplace,— an EAP web site,— access to information and advice,— critical incident management.
