Descriptions
The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service to support and improve the performance of employees of the Council and by assisting and guiding employees in dealing with any personal and work related issues, providing immediate and confidential access to information, assessment and a counselling self-referral service whilst supporting the Council's Wellbeing Strategy. The Provider will be required to facilitate a confidential and freephone helpline, counselling, information and advisory service for any employee of the Council who may be experiencing problems in their workplace or at home.
