Services provided under this EAP contract are made up of two distinct elements: 1) Core Service which is a Fully Comprehensive EAP based on Employee Headcount for all BTP/BTPA staff to include but not limited to 6 Counselling/ CBT sessions (depending upon the clinical need) for each BTP employee per year; An Employee Helpdesk and Triage Support. 2) Additional Services (discretionary services) such as, Trauma and Critical Incident Support, Health Awareness, Mediation and Health Kiosks, where any future subsequent financial expenditure will be dependent on necessity and variable demand ('as and when basis'). via ESPO Framework 985B_23 Occupational Health Services: Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) MANDATORY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: Online Portal and App; Telephone, triage and support services which will include, but is not limited to: • Advice and support; • Bullying and harassment support; • Whistleblowing services; and Management support services. Coaching and counselling services including therapeutic interventions and case management; Mediation; Trauma and critical incident support; Interactive health kiosks; Policy guidance and trend management; Health and wellbeing promotion and awareness; Bullying and Harassment Support; Health and Wellbeing Publicity and Promotion Awareness Case Management and Referrals; and Social Value Deliverables The Contract value covers the initial three (3) year Term
