We have now uploaded the terms and conditions for this contract.The Countryside Council for Wales (CCW) are looking for a contractor who can provide both an employee assistance programme and a health cash plan between 2010 and 2013. This service will initially be for 1 year and will be extended for a further 2 years dependant upon the business need.CCW require one contractor to provide both services, and will not consider contracting multiple contractors.We require telephone counselling services and face to face counselling services for staff to deal with their work and social problems. We also require a health cash plan, which will provide cash back for everyday treatments for CCW's staff with options for CCW staff to increase this cover as they wish.
