The Employee Engagement team require a provider to undertake deliver and advise on Employee Engagement activities to feed into, shape and direct the overarching Employee Engagement Strategy, but also inform the Employee Value Proposition, for a 4-year period. The required service are as follows: * Design of Pulse surveys * Delivery & distribution of surveys * Analytics of survey results * Consultancy (People and Behavioural Sciences) to support analytics of surveys * Consultancy - to provide support and insights into production of the Engagement Strategy and Employee Value proposition. * Software/Portal to provide a dashboard summary
