Manchester Metropolitan University (referred to in this document as "the University", "we" "our" or "Us") is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process a suitably qualified and experienced provider of Employee Value Propositions. In line with our People Strategy, we aim to continue to recruit at quality and this will demand a sector-leading employment offer and employee value proposition that will make us distinctive and attractive in a highly competitive market. The successful agency will lead on the creative direction and work in collaboration with our in-house Design Studio to develop a concept which the team in the Design Studio can implement across a range of internal and external marketing materials. The secondary outcome is to produce, with Manchester Met's Design team and other key University stakeholders, a comprehensive toolkit which provides our teams and current employees with the inspiration, messaging and practical tools they need to be able to consistently deliver this proposition across their areas of work. The University intends to establish a strong relationship with the successful provider built on a culture of constructive challenge, successful delivery and continuous improvement and expects to receive excellent Value for Money from the service provided
