Waverley Housing is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced employer's agent to act as our lead consultant on the redevelopment of some parts of our Upper Langlee Estate in Galashiels, Scottish Borders. The regeneration activity will include the refurbishment of some of our properties as well as demolition and replacement of others with new build homes. The employer's agent is required to manage the demolition and new-build elements of the project.The requirement includes both pre-contract services, including the procurement of a contractor, and post-contract management of delivery, including cost control.
