Tai Calon seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Agent (subsequently referred to as EA) to act for Tai Calon to assemble and lead a multi discipline Design and Build team. The appointed EA shall share knowledge, experience and best practice with Tai Calon at every stage of the project. Providing advice and recommendations as required. The EA will be expected to follow the project from RIBA workstages 0-7 inclusive at Glanffrwd Court and Glan yr Afon Court.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
