Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is planning procurement for the provision of services to deliver EMPOWER - Strengthening access to Family Planning in the Private Sector, Component 3 contract with estimated value ranging between £3 – 3.5m over four and half years.Having reviewed all available routes to market, the FCDO decided to use an Open Procedure or Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Procedure defined under Section 7 Social and Other Specific Services of Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes, Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015.FCDO would like to work with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and organisations eligible to operate in Uganda and FCDO is keen to learn more about barriers to participation in tenders open to the market.To allow FCDO in decision whether to organise "Familiarisation with FCDO Tender Process" session, please register / log in to FCDO e-Sourcing Portal - https://fcdo.bravosolution.co.uk/ and complete Qualification Envelope for PQQ_1703 by 12 noon (BST) on Friday 16 August 2024.
