Due to backlog of empty homes works and reaching full capacity on Thirteens Repairs & Maintenance Voids Framework. (Thirteen have reclassified Voids as 'Empty Homes) Thirteen are seeking to procure a contractor to provide additional support to the Empty Homes In-House Teams for the provision of Empty Homes Works, including MSD ( Major Structural Defect) Empty Homes, electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications and KPI's.
The batch of works (20 properties) for this contract will cover approximately a batch of standard and MSD empty homes work. All 20 Properties will be issued in a single batch and must be completed no later than 13/03/2026.
