The appointment of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the following assessments required as part of the preparation of the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy for the period 2025-2031; (1) Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) (see Part A in the RFT document). This SEA shall also include the preparation of a Regional Level Flood Risk Appraisal (RFRA) as part of its assessment. (2) Screening for Appropriate Assessment (AA) and preparation of a Stage 2 Appropriate Assessment if required (see Part B in the RFT document).
