Energy Consultancy Services to include but not be limited to:— Account reconciliation and set up and maintenance of a utilities property database;— Management of outstanding utility bills;— Utility data analysis;— Receive, validate and pass for payment all invoices in a format specified by Metropolitan;— Monitoring and targeting providing management reports;— Support to the in-house procurement team when re-procuring both Gas and Electricity;— Meter Management including but not limited to Meter reading, AMR Roll Out, migration of pre-payment meters to non-pre payment meters;— Management of new connections and disconnections;— Access to funding;— Support to the Energy Contracts Officer in identifying invest to save initiatives;— Invoice validation and reconciliation services in order to generate refunds from energy suppliers.
