Energy Efficiency Measures for properties within the County of Ceredigion

Ceredigion County Council, Economic & Community Development Service, is looking for a Project Manager to delivery an Energy Efficiency Measures Scheme for residential properties within Ceredigion. The Project Manager will be required to negotiate and secure on the Authorities behalf competitive ECO funding or apply for Home Improvement Fund or other relevant funding to offset scheme costs. In addition the Project Manager will need to obtain quotations for the proposed works and any relevant permissions and supervise and project manage the delivery of the scheme abiding by OFGEM requirements. The schemes will include the installation of energy efficiency measures which may include external wall insulation, loft insulation or replacement heating within residential properties in the County. Approximately 150 properties have already been been identified and surveyed and the data gathered by the Authority will form part of the tender documentation. Works undertaken will need to be completed by the 31st of March 2015. Tenders are expected to be advertised within the next 4-8 weeks.
