The College is seeking experienced training providers to deliver bespoke training in Pembrokeshire to the county’s energy sector employers. Successful contractors will be ranked and placed on a register of providers who will be invited to offer training as required. Although the specification includes an estimate of the amount of training required over the set period (March/April 2011 – June 2013 ) it should be noted that this is not a firm figure and, as the project progresses, this figure may increase or decrease dependent upon demand.Providers should be able to provide the following:Proof of the relevant qualifications and experience of staff who will be delivering the training (this should include CVs and copy certificates etc);Detailed information describing the provider’s staff training/professional development policy and a statement describing how the company ensures that skills are maintained and updated;Evidence of an audit trail which demonstrates the successful completion of any corrective actions identified/recommended by the accrediting body;Relevant verified data for the past three years showing the number of learners who have undertaken the training for which you are bidding, including completion and success rates and source of verification. The training required falls into the ten categories listed below and providers may bid for one or more categories. Bids will be evaluated and ranked within their categories. Please ensure that all supporting statements/evidence/examples which you include in your bid are entirely relevant to the category of training for which you are bidding. Failure to do this may adversely affect your tender evaluation.
