Carlisle City Council wish to enter into a contract with a suitable provider who are capable and have experience of :— Becoming an Energy Supply Partner and providing the support and infrastructure for the Council to enter the Energy Market and supply energy.— Supporting the Council in its work to reduce fuel poverty.— Helping those residents on pre-payment meters access cheaper tariffs.— Producing a model which will reduce residents' utility bills.— Working with the Council to develop an Energy Supply social enterprise to market the offer to residents.— Developing the channel for power generated by the Council to supply to the Market.
