Highways England are looking for providers of Enforcement agent services due to start 1.7.2018.The Dartford Charging Scheme Order enables Highways England to enforce road user charges at the Dartford Crossing via the issuance of Penalty Charge Notices and Charge Certificates.The Scheme Order includes provision to recover outstanding enforcement penalties that are registered as civil debts and pursued using Enforcement Agent services through the issue of a Warrant.
