Engagement with Providers of Wheelchair Services for NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the commissioner, NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG), would like to invite providers to take part in engagement sessions. The purpose being to inform the service specification and process in the event of procurement of Wheelchair Services, for the registered populations of HVCCG and NHS East and North Herts Clinical Commissioning Group (ENHCCG). The commissioners would like to hear from any potential provider who would be willing to present and discuss their current and future service delivery models, capability and capacity, to help the service specification and procurement process. The agenda for each session will include: •Delivery model, capability and capacity presentation by Provider (30 minutes) •Description of barriers to procurement and service delivery by Provider •Questions and Answers throughout by CCG, CSU and Provider The commissioners would value expert insight that can be given into the delivery of this type of service and information would be greatly received. Whilst this is to help properly design a realistic service specification for an anticipated tender for HVCCG and ENHCCG the information you give may be shared with other CCGs in England. Also, the information you provide, and your details, may be used in any rationale and audit trail for document-content in relation to the anticipated procurement. Your details and the information you provide may also be releasable under the Freedom of Information Act (subject to the Act's requirements). You will then be contacted to arrange a 90-minute slot at a time convenient. It is anticipated that this will be either 28st, 29nd or 30rd October 2019, in Hemel Hempstead.
