Descriptions
The project concerned is adjacent to the Blackrock Pier and will consist of a land reclamation and the construction of a car park, footpath, boundary wall and associated service. A future project phase will include the construction of a utilities building to service the adjacent marina. The building location footprint will need to be considered as part of this contract, however, the design of the building does not form part of this tender. The proposed location and footprint are indicated on the drawings supplied. Once the area of land is reclaimed a car park for 48 cars as well as all associated hard and soft landscaping works and services will be constructed. The extent of the reclamation is indicated on the drawing provided.
