The Contracting Authority is considering its response to the Enhanced Local Flexibility for the Unemployed Programme — (OC20S18P1232).The European Social Fund Call is seeking responses from interested applicants who will work within a specified geography to support residents to tackle their barriers to unemployment, resulting in them securing and sustaining work. As such, the Contracting Authority is using this PIN as a call for competition to seek expressions of interest from economic operators, with the relevant experience and ability, to work with us, at risk, to co-design, develop and deliver the Enhanced Local Flexibility for the Unemployed Programme for provision in the Kirklees district (the “Service”), which if successful will be part funded through European Social Fund.
