Enhanced Primary Care Services Bundle (Nottingham City)

The aim of this service is to provide primary community based services to the registered population of those practices who are not participating in NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire CCG's Enhanced Services Delivery Scheme (ESDS). For 2020/21 six Nottingham City practices over four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) - Nottingham City East PCN (1), Radford & Mary Potter PCN (3), Bulwell & Top Valley PCN (1) and BACHS PCN (1) chose not to participate in ESDS. NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire CCG is responsible for ensuring that the patients registered at these practices are able to access the services contained within the ESDS. The services are: •Ear Irrigation •Treatment Room services & Management of Minor Injuries Service •ECG Monitoring •H Pylori •Phlebotomy: Clinic based (for 12+ years) •Phlebotomy: Domiciliary service •Spirometry The six practices have a combined registered raw list size of 38,551 (as at 1st July 2020) with a normalised weighted list size slightly lower at 38,080. The population from these practices are diverse and multi-cultural, with high rates of deprivation and poor health. A map showing the PCNs within the City is available from the CCG. This service is for a 17 month period with the option to extend by one year (1st November 2020 to 31st March 2022 with the option to extend by 1 year) Further information including estimated annual activity data and the available financial envelope for this service will be included in the tender documentation on EU Supply.
