Network Rail is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to better understand the current capabilities available in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) market and how these solutions can align with our asset management policies and strategic objectives. Through this engagement, we aim to: • Inform our sourcing and requirements strategy for a potential Procurement in 2030 • Identify capabilities and opportunities that may not yet have been considered • Explore how suppliers can support strong foundations in data governance and stewardship • Understand configuration and customisation options available in the market • Ensure suppliers are aware of the procurement platform and qualification process for any potential future tendering activity • Shape a future EAM system that integrates effectively with key Network Rail processes, including: o Fault management o Rail defect management o Access planning for scheduled maintenance and reactive works This RFI also provides an opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate how modern solutions can help us address evolving needs and take advantage of technological advancements, especially in areas we may not yet be fully aware of.
