East Northamptonshire Council require a suitably skilled, experienced and reliable operator to promote and manage its purpose built Enterprise Centre aimed at accommodating start ups and small business from across the area. The Enterprise Centre is due to be built at Wrath Park, Raunds, Northamptonshire by April/May 2019. The successful operator will have the use of a purpose built marketing suite several weeks prior to completion from which to promote and manage the service prior to taking on the management and operation of the new Centre.The appointed provider will also have a role in providing, accessing and sign posting tenants of the Enterprise Centre to relevant business support services.
