Circle is one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing. With a team of more than 2 500 staff, Circle owns and manages more than 66 000 homes, including supported and sheltered housing, for around 300,000 residents across the UK. Circle builds circa 1 500 homes each year and we have a development plan to build 2 500 affordable homes in the next three years.Circle is currently undertaking a large Transformation Programme called Fast Forward Circle (FFC) in order to re-organise the business in an optimal way to deliver the future strategy and vision. FFC will help us as an organisation to grow, increase the level of resources that we have to invest and enhance life chances for our customers.Technology is a key part of the FFC programme and Circle is committed to making the necessary investment in technology to enhance the way our colleagues work and to transform the customer experience.In terms of the enabling services, we are looking to simplify and standardise processes within Circle, enabling staff to reliably get things done using shared support services, which will increasingly be accessed and delivered digitally. The way we provide these services needs to: Put customers are at the heart of what we do; Empower and engage colleagues; Provide managers with reliable and efficient support; and Provide the quality we need at a cost we can afford.The purpose of this contract is for delivery of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and the associated implementation services to fully support Circle's vision for enabling services across the business. The solution will also be required to provide the functionality to support partners in efficiently delivering customer service requests.
