As a partnership* we have been awarded funding of 1 250 000 GBP from the Department for Communities and Local Government as part of the homelessness prevention programme to commission a social impact bond to address rough sleeping.Our vision is to provide an individualised service to homeless people and work with them to creatively solve their homelessness and improve outcomes related to health, employment and training.*Bristol City Council, Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group, Safer Bristol Partnership.
