Descriptions
The successful Tenderer will provide suitable, secure, safe and clean accommodation for the detention of seized, stray and unwanted dogs (“the Pound”). The accommodation must be of adequate size and must contain sufficient kennels to cope with a throughput of up to 600 dogs per annum or up to 30 dogs, including puppies, at any one time. The successful Tenderer will provide trained staff to operate the Pound and to care for the dogs on a continuous basis.
