Descriptions

The Home Office is embarking on early market engagement ahead of a formal procurement to put in place a new managed service contract to support and enhance its Environment, Build, Support, Administration (EBSA) Platform. This early market engagement is being conducted with supplier on Lot 3d of the Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement only. The purpose of this early market engagement is: -to enable the Authority to understand the capabilities, constraints and general landscape of the market; -test, validate and improve the Authority's requirements, transition approach, operating model, and procurement timelines; -understand how its requirements and services may be framed to optimise supplier interest and participation, quality and value for money; -develop and refine the supporting information that will be provided to bidders to ensure they are able to develop an informed tender response; -provide an opportunity for potential suppliers to shape the process at a formative stage. As part of this early market engagement, the Home Office plans to hold a supplier event on Thursday 15th August 2024. Further details may be found on the Authoritys eSourcing Platform.
