The purpose of this notice is to identify potential contractors only. No commitments on any future service provision or procurement exercises are made.Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to identify competent contractors able to potentially undertake Environmental Enforcement Services. Such enforcement services may include, but not be limited to, littering, dog fouling, fly-tipping, smoke free legislation, Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO’s) and Nuisance Parking Services.
