Bron Afon requires a contractor to deliver • Minor environmental Improvements to hard and soft landscaping including painting and repair, benches and bins, surface improvements, creation of defensible space• The creation of on plot parking• Possible homezone • Environmental improvements to external environment • Creation of defensible spaces • Bins storage, drying areas and boundary improvements to Flats • Contractors should be able to demonstrate how they can make a contribution to the local economy and support Community Involvement.It is anticipated that the works will commence August 2010 and completion by March 2011
