Scope of ServiceTo host, support and empower people with learning disabilities in Torfaen to become active self-advocates in the county.Service Objectives- To give people with a learning disability in Torfaen a bigger voice and make sure they are heard by decision makers and what they say is acted upon.- To develop people with learning disabilities to be skilled and successful self-advocates- To enable people with learning disabilities to know their rights and ensure they are treated with respect and as equals.- To work in partnership with other organisations and people across Torfaen- To work in partnership with national organisations to lend the voice of people in Torfaen to national priorities and actions.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=131843.
