An electronic solution for payslip production and distribution.Electronic means for producing and distributing electronically the payslips and other payroll documents for itself CoSocius), its customers and future customers. It is considered that such an approach will enable a number of key benefits to be realised:— Reduction in printing, stationery and postage costs;— Improved access to payslip information for the employees and pensioners;— Reduction in the effort spent in investigating payroll queries and in re-printing and re-distributing payslips which have been lost in transit.Objectives may be summarised as:— To provide a means of electronically producing and distributing the payslip and all other statutory payroll documentation such as P60, P45 and potentially P11D to all employees and pensioners who are or will be paid through the CoSocius Oracle Payroll Service.
