Awarded
Equipment to measure binding kinetics and thermodynamics parameters in a single high-throughput format
Descriptions
The Contracting Authority has received funding to support a Glasgow-wide initiative that will enable users to determine the binding kinetics between proteins, nucleic acids and small molecules. A Voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice was dispatched on 04/11/2020 regarding the University's use of the of the negotiated procedure without prior publication. Equipment to be procured must be capable of measuring binding kinetics and thermodynamics parameters in a single high-throughput format. The dynamic chip-based biosensor system identified was used in the application for funding and contains patented technology (EP 2622093, EP 1588755, DE 102007005472) relating to the time-resolved dynamics measurement of biosensor probes.
