The requirement is set out in more detail in the supporting draft Contract but in summary includes:Lot 1 — Energy Management, Data Service and Billing (Contract Schedules 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8);Lot 2 — Energy Management, Data Service and Billing plus Debt Management (Contract Schedules 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) — note bidders should include in their offer, their proposal for the debt management specification and terms;Lot 3 Operation and Maintenance Service: AMR, Energy Unit Equipment and Metering (Contract Schedule 9);Lot 4 Operation and Maintenance Service: Energy Centre and Distribution (Contract Schedule 10);Lot 5 Full ESCo service (Contract Schedules 3 to 13 inclusive) — bidders should provide proposals for Schedules 11 to 13);Providers may bid for any combination of Lots. Orbit will select on the basis of the optimum combination overall in terms of quality, value and risk.Orbit is also interested in whether bidders would be interested in taking on other installations including:a) Perry Street, Crayford: 47 flats communal gas boilers and billing. From: as soon as possible. This development is complete and occupied.b) Victoria Villas, Margate: 40 sheltered flats CHP, no billing. From: as soon as possible. This development is complete and occupied.c) Other future schemes.Orbit will determine which Lot or Lots will be awarded on the basis of the most overall economically advantageous combination.
