The London Borough of Ealing (“the Authority”), has completed a mini-competition procurement process, via the ESPO Washroom Services 2024_239_24 Framework under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as Amended, and has awarded and appointed Personnel Hygiene Services Ltd T/A PHS Group Plc for the provision of services.
The services required by this contract include:
• Feminine hygiene
• Air fresheners
• Hand Care
• Sanitiser
• Matts
• Medical (External nappy waste)
• Medical (Sharps)
• Nappy waste
• Eco clear waterless
It is intended that the contract shall be for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The approximate annual value of the contract is £40,000 and the total value is £160,000 including any extension options.
