HSE South Capital and Estates will appoint a Building Contractor to each Lot to provide emergency call out provision, general small works, planned and reactive maintenance service projects for all lots indicated.The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Term Maintenance Contract with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for each individual Lot. Works are likely to include building maintenance of: Joinery, ironmongery, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, insulation, roofs, footpaths, roads, street furniture, sewers, drains, guttering and building fabric in general.
