Cork County Council intends to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with 3 Economic Operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is for the provision, design and delivery of the Start Your Own Business Programme to LEO Cork North and West clients with an initial contract awarded to the first ranked member of the framework, starting in September 2022.
