Estates Asset Management System

Descriptions

The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) has a requirement for a PASF Public or Private Cloud Estate & Property Management System. The Authority has one of the largest and most diverse property estates in Scotland comprising more than 450,000 m2 and more than 300 locations. The estate is in need of significant modernisation and to facilitate this we are looking to upgrade our estate management functionality. Police Scotland is seeking an asset management database system capable of supporting the fullest functionality across a wide range of asset management activities. It needs to be capable of being implemented in an incremental, modular way to reflect Police Scotland’s priorities. The system is expected to hold a full record of Police Scotland’s ownership including leased-in assets and be used for the management of Police Scotland’s operational and commercial property portfolio. Police Scotland’s aim is for an asset management service which is effective at a strategic, operational and technical level that can ensure the organisation's portfolio is operationally effective, statutory compliant, fit for purpose, and cost efficient.
