The proposed contract is for a minimum 5 year period with a and 2 annual extensions from 1st April 2021 with a potential break at 3 years. The scope of services includes PPM, Reactive, M&E, Fabric and associated services (such as Energy Management, Projects & Minor Works) comprising of a mix of site-based & mobile solutions.
