Estates Maintenance Services required for 67 mental health buildings primarily in North West London for a minimum 4 (four) year period and 3 (three) annual extensions. The anticipated services commencement date is 1 April 2021. The maximum contract length will be 7 years.The scope of services includes PPM, reactive maintenance, M&E, Fabric and associated services based on a mix of site-based and mobile solutions.
