WNC wishes to appoint a single supplier to: - •Carry out Asset and Insurance valuations on its General Fund Estate (GFE) as part of its 5-year asset valuation programme. The valuations will be relied upon by WNC and will be used to populate its Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and Statement of Accounts (SoA). •Undertake the annual valuations on the residential and garage properties that form part of its Housing Revenue Account Estate (HRAE) portfolio.
