The North West City Region (Donegal County Council and Derry City and Strabane District Council) was successful in applying for a EUCF (European City Facility) grant which is a European initiative to support municipalities/local authorities, across Europe to develop Investment Concepts to accelerate investments in sustainable energy. The successful consultant will develop an Investment Concept which shall form part of the workplan for the North West Regional Energy Agency to deliver a pipeline of sustainable energy projects in the North West City Region. The Investment Concept will follow a set template (attached) with the main part based on a 5 point structure:1)A detailed description of the planned investment project 2)Project promoter(s) and (local) stakeholders 3)Legal analysis 4)Economic and financial analysis5)Investment roadmap
