The Police & Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire is seeking an Evaluation of the Alcohol Abstinence Monitoring Requirement (AAMR) Pilot.The AAMR Order will be piloted in the local justice areas of Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire at Grimsby, York, Boston and Lincoln Magistrates' Courts and Grimsby, York and Lincoln Crown Courts.The work will inform the Project Board about the effectiveness of this approach and the degree to which positive outcomes are achieved through the deployment of AAMR combined with offender management interventions.The project will provide qualitative and quantitative evidence on the running of the AAMR pilot, including:— a process evaluation; and— an outcomes evaluation.
